- This log home built on your floor.
- Sill Sealer - All around bottom 2x6 plate.
- Our shiplaped log siding on all exterior walls.
- This design incorporates a new special full log corner.
- The exterior walls are constructed of 2x6 studs, 1x2'' oxboard and our
shiplaped log siding. Material for interior walls are 2x4 studs.
- Kolby & Kolby windows are double glazed & have combination storm
& screens with vinyl clad exteriors. Two exteriors insulated doors are
included in our package. An allowance of $3,200 towards windows has been
figured in. Coil stock, trim mat and rough frames are included.
- The roof is made up of standard trusses, on 2-foot centers giving us a
flat ceiling on half the house and a cathedral ceiling on the other
half. Tarpaper, shingles, and 1/2" OSB.
- A front porch 8'x36' is supplied. No deck or slab included.
- One 8'' DIA. Tie log is included.
